well, never has an empty text box seemed so difficult to fill. for some reason that i haven't quite worked out yet, i've decided to rejoin blog culture. i gave it up several years ago because of some high school social snafus, but the advent of blogger has proven to me that these things aren't just for personal rants and bragging rights. blogs can be refreshing, inspiring, and entertaining, and so i've decided to get connected and rediscover the positive of this awesome technology!
i'm about to jump off into a new and--hopefully-- creative part of my life. this week, i''m moving into my first apartment; i'm sure that will end up yielding some interesting adventures. i want this little blog to be a place where i can share my creative musings, whether they're about how i should be decorating my new living room or the ideas (and inevitable screw-ups) that might end up simmering on the stove. i want it to be a place where i can celebrate my love of design and antiques, where i can jive about the great book i'm reading, and just jot down events that i want to have record of. i'm ready to explore!
